The perfect sauna
The sauna bath is not a precisely controlled bath. The sauna-goers should feel in the first place. So can beginners when bathing in the sauna quite leave earlier than recommended in the Sauna.
Bring enough time. The sauna is to relax.
You go shower first and then dry it good, because dry skin sweats faster. A warm footbath before the Sauna promotes sweating in addition.
The stay should be short but intense. You sweat on the middle or top of Bank, approximately 8 to 15 minutes. Place your towel under the whole body. The last 2 minutes you should put on, and to activate your circulation.
Cool first in the fresh air, the body needs oxygen. You go first, then under the shower or in diving pool.
After a small rest period is recommended to promote recovery.
A Massage after a sauna session can enhance the relaxing effect.
