Not only a region of many mountains, but Tyrol is also the land of many rivers. An ideal ground for rafting therefore.

Rafting

The term “Rafting” comes from the English and means, to go down a river on a raft. A long time ago wood logs were transported down the river on rafts. This often happened on mountain rivers and was very dangerous too. Today is rafting a safe and popular sport.
