Getting around Seefeld with your guest card
During your stay, your guest card also serves as a travel pass for the included public transport services within the Seefeld region.
This includes regional bus services, train travel between Seefeld and Scharnitz and the Wildmoosbus. Depending on the season, additional services such as the Arnspitzrunde hiking bus or Seefeld ski buses complement the regional transport network.
This makes it easy to reach many walks, attractions and winter activities without having to use your car.
Arriving by public transport? If you would like to use the included regional services on your way to Alpenpark Resort, you will need your digital guest card in advance. Simply contact our reception team in good time before your arrival.

Guests with a valid PlateauCard currently receive a 10% discount on 4-hour, day and evening tickets for the indoor pool at Olympiabad Seefeld.

At ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad Leutasch, guest card holders also receive a 10% discount on 4-hour, day and evening tickets for the indoor pool.

Katzenkopf Leutasch
Guest card holders currently receive a 50% discount once per stay either on an ascent and descent with the Katzenkopf mountain lift without sports equipment, or on the combined mountain lift and summer toboggan experience.
Bookable summer experiences
The summer programme changes throughout the season and can include everything from animal encounters with alpacas or Highland cattle to guided nature experiences and other activities across the region.
Many experiences are available to PlateauCard holders exclusively, free of charge or at special rates. As dates and activities change throughout the season, we recommend checking the current programme when planning your stay.

Reduced cross-country ski trail tickets
For the 2026/27 winter season, guests with a valid guest card benefit from reduced prices for the Seefeld cross-country trail network.
Winter experiences beyond the slopes
Depending on the date, the regional programme can include animal encounters, biathlon taster sessions, torchlit walks and other guided winter experiences. Many are available exclusively, free of charge or at special rates with the PlateauCard.

As a guest at Alpenpark Resort, you receive the PlateauCard for the duration of your stay. It can be issued as a physical card or used digitally. Digital options include the Region Seefeld App and Add to Wallet for Android and iOS.
During your stay, the guest card is valid for the included public transport services within the Seefeld region. These include regional bus services, train travel between Seefeld and Scharnitz and the Wildmoosbus. Depending on the season, services such as the Arnspitzrunde hiking bus or Seefeld ski buses may also be included. Please always check the current timetables, routes and stops.
If you would like to use the included regional public transport services before checking in, you will need your digital guest card in advance. Please contact Alpenpark Resort in good time before your arrival so that the card can be sent to you.

Selected experiences can be booked through your accommodation, online via the Seefeld Experience Shop or in person at the region’s information offices. Early registration is recommended. Please bring both your booking confirmation and PlateauCard to the experience. Unless stated otherwise for a particular activity, a minimum of three participants applies.
