Martin Sieberer is one of the fixed sizes in the Austrian top chefs. With 30 years, were awarded to him immediately his first 2 hoods. Since 1999 his art of cooking will be rated by the well-known restaurant guide Gault & Millau throughout with three hoods, in the year 2000, he was elected chef of the year. This is certainly also his cooking philosophy, not just a profession, but rather, a vocation is cooking for him.
Sieberer has been the strengthening of the regional cuisine prescribed. Classic recipes of the Tyrolean cuisine fit trick Kingdom and refined in the modern diet scientific knowledge, which correspond to today’s eating habits.
