Our recipe for Tyrolean donut donuts
Pastry:
- 100 g of flour smooth
- 100 g of cream
- a bit of salt
Mix everything well and process to a dough!
Filling:
- 25 g of butter
- 10 g of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 40 g pots
- 10 g of grated nuts
- 10 g Kletzen
- 1 egg white
- 15 g icing sugar
Beat butter and sugar until foamy, add egg yolk. Mix the poppy seeds, poppy seeds and finely chopped gnocchi (dried pear) under the mixture. Beat the egg whites and icing sugar until frothy and place under the mixture.
Roll out the dough and cut into squares and dress up the filling. Beat the squares into donuts and bake in hot fat.
